What separates me apart from anyone else in this field, as my clients can attest to, is how fast my replies to any emails or phone calls are and how diligent I work to find the best solution for them at the time. This was one of the main reasons I got into this role, I hated working a 9-5 job at two of the biggest banks in Canada because I couldn’t speak to my clients after “work hours”. That and I was expected to not get my clients the best rate. These are things I do not believe in.
